2014 POLEder Boulder Pictures and Recap

I have been slow in getting these pictures up on the website. Sorry!

The 2014 POLEder Boulder was a ringing success. I’m going to let the pictures speak for themselves.

My favorite part about pole dancing at the Bolder Boulder is the opportunity to meet new dancers that I’ve likely only cyberstalked on Instagram, and to reconnect with friends I haven’t seen in a while.

I love Linda!

I love Linda!

Yay, Chrissy!

Yay, Chrissy!

Since Nitro owns, the house, he gets to pole all he wants.

The kids had a blast (literally) hosing down runners. One woman tsked that “there are children present” and I was all, “I know! Mine are right over there!”

We had a great “citizen’s” showing

And now for the ladies (and gents)

I have some video from the day. Lindsay shot this and put it on Youtube for me, otherwise I would have added it to the video I made. I don’t think I really deserve my own video.

And here are some highlights from the POLEder Boulder.

Thank you so much to the wonderful and talented ladies and gentlemen who showed up for my event.

Each year, right around 6am when it is cold and I’m setting up the stage by myself and putting out breakfast, I ask myself why I bother. Then you all show up and we have such a wonderful time. Thanks for being such great sports!

I’d like to acknowledge Vertical Fusion and Boulder Spirals for nourishing such a wonderful community of talented dancers. Bringing pole into any community is a daily struggle against prejudice and misconceptions. I appreciate your efforts more than you will ever know.
